Take a step back in time at this year’s Installation Banquet/Holiday Party. We are heading down Route 66 to the Ace Sign Co. Museum, where you can view over 85 historic signs and enjoy the ambiance and character of the neon glow under wood barreled ceilings. Check out the relics from past notable Springfield businesses, the location where Abraham Lincoln gave his farewell speech, and other memorabilia including restaurants and breweries.
Think you know all about history?? Well, bring your game, because we will have a trivia contest!
Also new this year is the Dessert Dash! Each table will place bids to get the dessert of their choice. The top bidder will make a dash to select their dessert – will they be able to make their selection before the next highest bidder make a dash for it???
Forget the formal attire, grab your spouse and/or co-workers and join us for a fun and relaxing evening with a dinner buffet as well celebrate all things SAHBA! Our current board members will be recognized, the 2023 Slate of Officers will be sworn in, and we’ll test your knowledge on history!
